Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BorneoWebmu's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

BorneoWebmu provides professional web development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• UI/UX design services
• Content Management System (CMS) development
• E-commerce platform development
• Website maintenance and support
• SEO optimization services

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials as agreed
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any harmful or malicious activities

Project Development Process

Our standard development process includes the following phases:

• Project consultation and requirement gathering
• Proposal creation and approval
• Design mockups and client feedback
• Development and implementation
• Testing and quality assurance
• Client review and final approval
• Project delivery and handover

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to start the project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before delivery
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
• Late payment may result in project suspension
• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered work. However:

• BorneoWebmu retains the right to use the project in our portfolio
• Source code and development files remain our intellectual property
• Third-party components and libraries remain under their respective licenses
• Client must not reverse engineer or redistribute our proprietary code

Revisions and Modifications

Revision policies depend on the package selected:

• Basic Package: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included
• Pro Package: Up to 4 rounds of revisions included
• Enterprise Package: Up to 6 rounds of revisions included
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major changes after project approval may require additional fees

Support and Maintenance

Support periods are included based on the selected package:

• Basic Package: 1 month of support included
• Pro Package: 3 months of support included
• Enterprise Package: 6 months of support included
• Support includes bug fixes and minor updates
• Extended support can be purchased separately

Limitation of Liability

BorneoWebmu's liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party services or external factors
• Client assumes responsibility for content accuracy and legality

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• Material breach of contract terms
• Failure to make required payments
• Non-cooperation or unreasonable delays by client
• Illegal or unethical requests
• Mutual agreement between both parties

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Project specifications and requirements
• Business information and trade secrets
• Pricing and contract terms
• Any proprietary information shared during the project

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate courts in Indonesia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
